| Mix cheese and cornstarch. Rub one half of the garlic clove over the inside of the fondue pot. Mince the other half and add it to the pot. Add wine and heat slowly until it just bubbles. Slowly add the cheese* stirring as it melts. When smooth* add kirsch and serve with french bread |
